Spanning 230 square metres across two levels, the apartment offers four en-suite double bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The master bedroom, located on the upper level, boasts access to two balconies, a spacious dressing area and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

The bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub beneath vaulted windows and a glass-fronted sauna, which looks out onto the balcony.

For larger groups, Apartment Lech II can be rented alongside Apartment Lech I, together hosting up to 13 guests.

The main living area is located on the lower floor, where a modern kitchen and dining nook are subtly separated from the open-plan sitting and dining space. This area features a long wooden dining table, an L-shaped sofa and a stone fireplace that enhances the room's warm ambience. The living space extends outdoors to a wrap-around balcony, complete with comfortable seating and heat lamps.

The Omesberg number 8 ski bus stops directly outside the property every 30 minutes, taking just two minutes to reach the lifts, ski slopes and the centre of Lech, where you can explore a range of boutique shops, local cafes and gourmet restaurants.
