The bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub beneath vaulted windows and a glass-fronted sauna, which looks out onto the balcony.

For larger groups, Apartment Lech II can be rented alongside Apartment Lech I, together hosting up to 13 guests.

The main living area is located on the lower floor, where a modern kitchen and dining nook are subtly separated from the open-plan sitting and dining space. This area features a long wooden dining table, an L-shaped sofa and a stone fireplace that enhances the room's warm ambience.
