Spread across three thoughtfully designed floors, the 550m² Chalet Couttet stands out as one of the most exceptional properties in Chamonix. Ideally located, the chalet is just a short drive from the valley’s main ski lifts and the bustling pedestrian centre of the resort.
Accommodating up to ten guests, the chalet features five beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each with its own unique theme, and luxurious amenities. Guests can enjoy a large heated outdoor pool, a spa complete with a sauna, hammam, massage area, and yoga studio, as well as a cinema and games room.
On entering the chalet, you are greeted by a striking central steel staircase that leads to a stunning open-plan living space. This area boasts double-height vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows, and awe-inspiring views of Mont Blanc.
Two sophisticated lounge areas, a bar, a dining table seating 12, and a state-of-the-art kitchen create a perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.
The lower-ground floor hosts exceptional leisure facilities, including a warmly lit cinema room and a vast games room featuring a pool table and bar. Outdoors, a 12-metre heated swimming pool is covered in winter by a translucent dome, while an eight-person hot tub provides uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains.
The chalet’s wellness suite offers a complete spa experience with a sauna, hammam, massage tables, and a gym. A studio for yoga, Pilates, or fitness adds a personal touch to your wellness retreat. The ski room, equipped with boot heaters, ensures convenience after a day on the slopes.
Each bedroom is uniquely themed and exquisitely furnished. The master Penguin bedroom features a super-king-sized bed, a freestanding bathtub, and access to the garden terrace and outdoor hot tub. Other themed rooms include the vibrant Butterfly bedroom and the Stag, Wolf, and Fox bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and either balcony or terrace access.

Chalet Couttet is a luxurious retreat in Chamonix’s Pèlerins district, surrounded by stunning views of Mont Blanc, Aiguille du Midi, and other iconic peaks. The Planpraz gondola, providing access to the Brévent-Flégère ski area, is just a seven-minute drive away, while Les Houches, known for its family-friendly, tree-lined slopes, can be reached in 8-10 minutes. Other ski areas in the valley are around 17-20 minutes by car, with the Aiguille du Midi cable car and key tourist attractions only five minutes away. Chamonix centre, bustling with shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars, is a seven-minute drive from the chalet. For effortless travel throughout the valley, the nearest train station and bus stop are just 200m away, providing easy access to the entire region.
