Previously a mill, Chalet Le Moulin has been transformed into a simply stunning property by local artisans with incredible mountain views. This beautiful chalet is located just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Chamonix and is close to skiing and walking trails that lead all the way into the resort. With seven bedrooms divided over three floors, several communal areas, and fantastic facilities, Le Moulin is the perfect property for larger parties.

An ideal blend of old and new, Le Moulin has a wonderful reception area with floor-to-ceiling windows providing views of Mont Blanc. The spacious living and dining area with its welcoming fireplace, inviting sofas, cosy cushions and antler-inspired chandeliers creates a delightful alpine-themed setting for relaxing evenings.

A large open-plan kitchen and breakfast area with an AGA stove lead out to a sunny balcony, from which you can admire views of Mont Blanc.

The chalet is equipped with plenty of features to entertain children and adults alike. There is an impressive entertainment room with bar and home cinema system as well as a cosy snug with TV and a selection of games. Outdoors on the sun deck is a traditional hot tub, whilst further relaxation can be found indoors in the sauna or massage room. Wine connoisseurs will enjoy perusing the chalet’s wine cellar which has an excellent selection of bottles from the region.

Chalet Le Moulin is able to accommodate 22 guests across seven bedrooms, the highlight being the vast master suite with its open plan bathroom with a beautiful roll-top bath. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a further two suites which share a bathroom. On the lower floor is a twin room with an en-suite bathroom and a large children’s room with five bunk beds sleeping 10.

Le Moulin is nestled in the charming village of Les Tines, ideally situated close to scenic walking trails and ski routes that lead all the way to the heart of Chamonix. The centre of Chamonix is a nine-minute drive away. For access to the slopes, the La Flégère lift is only four minutes by car, while Les Grands Montets can be reached in seven minutes, Le Tour in 10 minutes, and Les Houches in 15 minutes. Alternatively, the nearest bus stop is just an 8–10 minute walk from the chalet.
