Located in the centre of Les Gets close to the shops, restaurants, bars and ski lifts, The Penthouse is a fabulous brand-new luxury apartment finished to a very high standard. The Mont Chery ski lift is just 200 metres away, whilst the Chavannes cable car and chairlift is a short stroll from the apartment. Spread over two floors and with an overall living space of 295m², The Penthouse can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in five en-suite bedrooms. Private recreation facilities include a sauna, massage room, library and cinema room.
The Penthouse offers its guests all the facilities of a luxury ski chalet, and some truly wonderful mountain views across Les Gets. It is perfect for a luxury ski holiday for a family or corporate ski group, offering flexible accommodation. The mountain-luxe style is most apparent in the living room, where luxurious sofas with colourful cushions surround a log fireplace under a vaulted ceiling.
Balconies leading from the lounge are the best places to enjoy the mountain views. The designer 12-seater dining table is separated from a very large, stylish kitchen only by the breakfast bar, so you can prepare food and still join in the après ski conversation.
On the lower level is the private wellness suite with a sauna and massage/treatment room with a heated massage couch, just waiting to be enjoyed. Just around the corner from the living section on the upper level is a private library and study, with leather chairs and an Apple Mac. After dinner or on bad weather days you can retreat to the TV snug and curl up with hot chocolate and a movie.
The bedrooms, located on the lower level, are beautifully decorated, combining locally inspired furnishings with indulgent fabrics and modern finishes. One of the four double bedrooms has a super king-size/twin bed option and three have fixed king-size/super-king-size beds. All of the double bedrooms have private en-suite shower rooms and all have direct access to the large shared south-facing balcony with village and mountain views.
The bunk room is ideal for children, but it can also sleep up to four adults in full-size double bunk beds. A modern en-suite shower room is attached to the bunk bedroom.

Location of The Penthouse
The Penthouse enjoys a superb location in Les Gets, just a short walk from both the village centre and the slopes. Only 150 metres from the Mont Chéry gondola, it offers quick access to the ski area, while the Chavannes cable car—linking to Morzine and the wider Portes du Soleil—is less than 10 minutes away on foot. This area also features ski school meeting points, beginner lifts, and nursery slopes. The main high street, with its selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, is also within easy reach. For added convenience, a bus stop at the base of the Mont Chéry gondola provides easy transport around the resort and to Morzine.
