The studio apartment, situated on the ground floor, features a double bedroom, a traditional Savoyard-style bed and an en-suite bathroom. It also offers a private living area with a kitchenette.

The main living area, located on the first floor, features an open-plan design with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to a wrap-around terrace, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere.
