Nestled in the tranquil L’Élé area on the sun-drenched side of the valley, Alpine Retreat offers a serene forest setting complete with an alpine stream flowing past the property. Despite its peaceful location, the chalet is just a short drive from Morzine’s vibrant resort centre and only a five-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, which offers easy access to the ski lifts. The property also provides private parking for up to three vehicles.
Set over three floors, Alpine Retreat combines alpine charm with modern comforts. On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a converted garage, now functioning as a well-equipped gym and ski room with heated boot warmers.
The heart of the chalet lies on the first floor, where a spacious open-plan living area welcomes guests with floor-to-ceiling windows, a glass-fronted fireplace, and comfortable sofas arranged around a cosy TV nook. A large dining table is perfectly positioned to take in the mountain views, while the modern kitchen, with its central island, offers everything needed for convivial evenings together.
Stepping outside, guests can enjoy a fantastic private terrace and garden, complete with an outdoor Jacuzzi, fire pit, and plenty of space to relax after a day on the slopes, drink in hand, surrounded by nature.
The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms, all of which can be configured as twins for complete flexibility. One spacious bedroom is located on the ground floor and opens directly onto the front of the chalet. The remaining four bedrooms are on the top floor, each with balcony access. The fifth bedroom is particularly well-suited to children, with a wall-mounted TV and a selection of games for indoor entertainment.

Location of Alpine Retreat
Alpine Retreat has a fantastic location tucked away on the sunny side of the valley in a quiet area called L'Ele. You can walk to the centre of Morzine in 20 minutes & Montriond in 10 minutes. The bus stop is 5 minutes' walk from the chalet for access to the town/ski lifts.
