Modern chalet in Morzine

Just a five-minute walk from the centre of Morzine and close to the slopes, Chalet 46 is perfectly suited to both skiers and non-skiers. When snow permits, the Pleney slopes can be accessed within 50 metres of the chalet.

Set across three levels, the property enjoys an elevated position with sweeping views of the Pointe de Nyon and Pleney slopes, best admired from the spacious terrace complete with hot tub, firepit, barbecue and pizza oven.

The top floor is dedicated to an open-plan living and dining area, where inviting sofas are arranged around a wood-burning stove and a stylish bar area features an integrated beer tap.

A second seating area can be found on the first-floor landing, offering a quiet retreat.

Chalet 46 accommodates up to 10 adults and four children across five en-suite bedrooms, all of which can be arranged as twins or king-size doubles. Two of the bedrooms offer additional sleeping options, with one featuring adult-sized bunk beds and another with cabin beds built into the eaves. Several rooms also feature open bathtubs, adding a touch of luxury.

On the ground floor, a sauna and treatment room provide the perfect space to relax after a day on the mountain, whilst a cinema room with a movie library ensures evening entertainment. Practical facilities include a well-equipped boot room with heated racks for boots and gloves.

Chalet 46° enjoys a peaceful yet convenient setting, nestled below the Pleney slopes and within a 15-minute walk of Morzine’s centre. For skiers, both the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts are just a short drive away. When conditions allow, ski-in ski-out within 50 metres of the chalet is possible.
