Ideally located in the exclusive Les Barmes des Mossettes development in the centre of Morzine, Penthouse Mathilde offers both incredible views and a level of privacy not usually found close to the centre of the resort. The Super Morzine ski lift is 500 metres away (around a 10-minute walk) whilst the resort's shops, bars and restaurants are on your doorstep.
Set over two floors, the main living space is located on the top floor. Open-plan, the living area is home to a feature fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows which provide a gateway to wonderful views over the village and surrounding mountains. Offset from the living room is a separate bespoke bar and mezzanine area, perfect for hiding away with a good book. Doors open onto a wrap-around balcony with a six-seater hot tub - the perfect spot to take in the views.
The apartment has two parking spaces and a large storage cellar for luggage, skis and bikes.
Beautifully designed by international designers Laughland Jones, the apartment is beautifully furnished with much of the furniture and fabrics from Timothy Oulton, wall coverings by Inkiostro Bianco and artwork by renowned photographer, Steve McCurry and British artist, Dave White. The apartment is fitted with the latest audio-visual technology with a games console for the younger members of the group.
Penthouse Mathilde is able to accommodate eight adults and one child in total. On the entrance level are three of the four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite facilities. There is one super-king double/twin bedroom, one king-sized double bedroom whilst the third bedroom has a king-size bed with a ladder to a single bunk. On the upper level is a further king-sized double bedroom with access to the wrap-around balcony.
