The Sapphire Estate has an exceptional location, just minutes from the centre of Morzine and only 500m from the Super Morzine ski lift (less than a five minute drive away). Ideal if privacy is a priority, Sapphire Estate offers secure gated access, separate staff entrances and secure covered parking for multiple vehicles. The chalet has an enormous wrap-around, south-facing terrace with several seating, dining and spa areas. From here you can admire breathtaking panoramic views across the village centre and towards the slopes.
The entrance to this spectacular chalet is located on the ground floor, along with a separate, spacious boot room with heated boot/glove warmers and a piste webcam for real-time weather forecasts. Head upstairs to be greeted by a stunning living room with feature fireplace and inset balcony. The dining room has a handcrafted Balinese dining table seating 16 and additional breakfast bar seating. For the ultimate dining experience, there is a professional closed kitchen as well as a service kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work. An extensive wine cellar offers an incredible variety of wines from all over the world.
Sapphire Estate has plenty of space to relax and chill out after a day on the slopes - the bar and lounge area with pool table, TV and direct terrace access on the lowest level of the chalet is perfect for this.
There is also a cinema room with digital surround sound and games consoles.
However, it is the extensive spa that makes this chalet really special. Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool featuring massage and counter-current swim jets or cool down in the ice chamber with chromotherapy. There is also a hammam with aromatherapy and hydrotherapy shower. For ultimate relaxation head to the relaxation area and dedicated treatment room for a rejuvenating massage or treatment. A gym is equipped with cardio and strength conditioning equipment if you are in need of a work-out.
Two stunning master suites with super-king/twin beds and impressive views are located on the ground floor. A third master suite is located on the lower level, along with two super-king/twin bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms and forest views. The sixth bedroom on the lowest level has super-king/twin beds, an en-suite shower room and direct access to the main terrace.
Adjacent to the main chalet is Little Gem which offers a further two en-suite bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living area and kitchen in its own right.
