Located on the first floor of Villa al Sole, Apartment 204 is just 10 metres from the Col Alto slope which connects you to the Dolomiti Superski area. The town centre is only 100 metres away, making this the perfect apartment for skiers and non-skiers alike.

The apartment has a stylish open plan living area with a cosy "L" shaped sofa area tucked away in the corner of the room. Opposite the dining area is an inviting fireplace and there is also a well-equipped kitchen which can be closed off from the main living area. Doors open onto a wrap-around terrace and skiers have direct access to the slopes from a private ski room.

Apartment 204 is able to accommodate up to six guests in total. There are three comfortable double bedrooms with king-size beds. The master suite has a walk-in wardrobe and access to a wrap-around balcony. Of the remaining two bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom, the other a separate shower room.

Guests staying at Villa al Sole have access to its wellness area which is shared with the other apartments in the building. Facilities include a Finnish sauna, steam bath, aromatherapy shower and Technogym fitness area, as well as an appointment-only massage room.
