Brand new for the 2021/22 winter season, Chalet Lycka is a magnificent luxury chalet in Saas Fee surrounded by mountains and close to the forest. The chalet is only a few minutes walk from the Hannig lift station and a ten-minute walk from the village centre. Skiing directly from the chalet to the surrounding lifts is feasible.
Set over four floors, the chalet combines traditional materials with state-of-the-art facilities to create an ideal alpine home. The use of panoramic windows floods the inside with natural light, while the use of ancient wood provides guests with a convivial ambience.
Situated on the ground floor, the open-plan living space is comprised of an attractive lounge area with white sofas and a large fireplace, as well as a dining table positioned near the open fully-equipped kitchen. The living room extends onto a south-facing balcony where you can admire the mountains and the village of Saas-Fee.
Chalet Lycka is able to accommodate 12 adults and five children across six en-suite bedrooms.
The master suite on the top floor is a delight with magnificent mountain views, a central fireplace, sitting area and dressing room. It is connected to a private office that can be turned into an extra bedroom with a sofa bed. The master suite has two bathrooms - one with a steambath/shower, the other a shower and bathtub.
Four bedrooms are located on the first floor; two twin/king-size doubles with en-suite bathrooms and balconies and two double bedrooms with a single bunk bed above.
The sixth bedroom can be found in the annexe (connected to the chalet via an underground tunnel). The annexe has its own bathroom and a small dining area making it ideal for any travelling staff.
Below the living room is a fantastic home cinema, perfect for any youngsters or teens in the party. Chalet Lycka offers lots of opportunities to unwind, including a steam room, sauna and Nordic tub on the terrace. There is also a private gym on this level. A ski room and a laundry room are also available in the chalet.
