Chalet Irbis is ideally located within walking distance of the centre of Le Praz village and only a couple of minutes in a shuttle from the Le Praz lift, providing quick access to Courchevel 1850. The property is located only 20 metres from the slopes.

For larger groups, the chalet can be rented in conjunction with Chalet Khoton sleeping up to 20 guests. The chalets are connected via Chalet Khoton's wellness area. Additional guests can be accommodated in neighbouring Chalet Beloukha.

Spanning four levels, Chalet Irbis boasts a stunning top-floor living area, where bay windows flood the space with natural light and open to a large balcony, offering panoramic views of the Dent du Villard. Whether you're unwinding, cooking or sharing a meal, this space provides the perfect setting for any occasion.

The chalet accommodates 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor, two double bedrooms each have balcony access and an en-suite shower room. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor—two with en-suite shower rooms and one with an en-suite bathroom featuring a separate shower.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in the wellness area, where you can soothe your muscles in the sauna, steam room or Italian-style shower. Chalet Irbis also offers a ski room with heated boot racks, a laundry room and a garage.

Alternatively, a quick three-minute shuttle ride takes you to the Le Praz gondola and Forêt chairlift, offering seamless access to the Three Valleys ski area and a direct link to Courchevel 1850. Le Praz retains a charming, village atmosphere with a selection of restaurants, bars, and shops just a five-minute walk away. The Le Praz gondola, a 10-minute walk from the chalet, runs until 11:30 pm, making it easy to explore the vibrant nightlife, upscale boutiques, and fine dining of Courchevel 1850.
