Set across three levels, Chalet Écliptique welcomes you into a dramatic top-floor living space, where cathedral-height ceilings and full-height picture windows frame the snow-dusted peaks. A statement wood-burning fireplace and sumptuous sofas create a cosy ambience for winter evenings.
Just below the lounge, the open-plan dining area features a large table for sociable dinners and a built-in wine cabinet that holds up to 180 bottles. Sliding doors open onto a sunny terrace, perfect for al fresco breakfasts or sunset drinks.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances, including two rotisserie ovens, a Nespresso coffee machine and a refrigerated drinks drawer, ideal for keen cooks or private chefs.
Descending to the second floor, guests will find a stylish entertainment area complete with a bar, pool table and TV — an ideal setting for après-ski gatherings or family games nights. Doors open to a large wraparound terrace with outdoor seating and sweeping views over the village and ski slopes. From here, steps lead down to a south-facing garden — one of the largest in Morzine — featuring a sunken hot tub and firepit.
Also on this level is a fully equipped gym with Peloton equipment, a glass-walled hammam for post-ski relaxation, and a dedicated cinema room.
The chalet sleeps 10 guests in five beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms, including a master suite with private terrace, a family room with bespoke bunk setup, and a boutique-style room with a freestanding copper bathtub and panoramic views.
A glass lift connects all levels of the chalet, making it ideal for multigenerational groups. Outside, there is a covered carport for two vehicles, with space for two additional cars in front. A separate boot and bike room by the front entrance includes boot dryers and a dog wash station
