The ground floor houses a self-contained apartment with a stylish open-plan living area, where French doors open onto the terrace. This apartment includes two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms.
Villa Erica 1 also includes a separate staff apartment that accommodates two people. The staff apartment is available by separate arrangement and not included in the price as standard.
