Nidus Apartment 1 is a luxurious modern apartment with a minimalist design located within the alpine village of Lech. Being only a two-minute walk to the Schlossköpf chairlift and a ten-minute walk from the village centre, it is the ideal base for a small family or group of friends who love skiing.

Entering into the hallway the living/dining room opens to one side and the well-equipped kitchen to the other.

Six guests can be seated around the dining table while the living area is furnished with a sofa, comfortable for watching TV. A floor-to-ceiling glass door gives access to the outside. Guests have use of a shared ski room with heated boot warmers.

Nidus Apartment 1 sleeps four adults and two children in three bedrooms. Large doors bathe the master bedroom in light and give access to the outdoor terrace. Just off the living area is a further double room with a king-size bed. In the children’s bunk room there are two bunk beds, a TV, ample storage space and a glass door to the outside. There is a shared bathroom with a large bath and a separate shower.
