Unique Chalet 1597 is perfectly located just a three minute drive from Lech, and from the Rüfikoft ski area you can ski near to the chalet on a marked off-piste run. Lech is well connected to the neighbouring villages of Zürs, St Christoph, St. Anton, Stuben, Warth and Schröcken. The chalet sleeps 12 guests in five bedrooms and benefits from modern luxuries including a sauna, cinema room and wine tasting room. The chalet still enjoys an open view of the Austrian Alps that is as magnificent now as it was in 1597.
The entrance of the chalet, located on the ground floor, leads to a cosy wood-panelled living area where there is a Tyrolean stube (traditional heating stove) and no shortage of space to relax in. A beautiful glass-covered fireplace warms up the attractive 14 seater dining room, and there is a separate, well-equipped kitchen. Stairs lead from the dining room to the upper hallway where there is a card playing area and a reading nook.
The chalet’s terrace gets the sun all day long and is perfectly situated for enjoying the amazing views.
The spa area is a delight, with its bio sauna and a relaxation area where you can enjoy a massage while watching the sunset. The plush cinema room, next to the living room, is perfect for the children or parents to relax in front of a movie. There is also an outdoor hot tub and a well-stocked wine cellar that will excite oenophiles. Drinks can be enjoyed in the dramatic ambience of the chalet’s traditional stone wine cave/tasting room before dinner.
This 450 m² chalet sleeps a total of eight adults and four children in five spacious en-suite bedrooms. Four of these are located on the top floor. The first master bedroom has an emperor bed with a separate sitting area and an en-suite bath and shower room with a free-standing bathtub. The second master bedroom, as well as the other two double/twin bedrooms, are all beautifully and uniquely furnished. For children there is a room with four single beds and a large en-suite bathroom.

Location of Chalet 1597
The chalet is located in the Stubenbach area of Lech, offering stunning views across the valley. You can ski near the chalet from the Rüfikopf ski area via a marked off-piste run. The Schlosskopf chairlift is the nearest lift, just a five-minute drive away. The village centre, with a range of gourmet restaurants and luxury boutiques, is also only five minutes by car.
