You enter this stunning chalet on the ground floor hallway where the heat from the open fireplace welcomes guests. The first floor is given over entirely to the majestic open plan living and dining area, with a table seating up to 16, perfect for entertaining. Fine wines can be selected from the chalet's basement cellar. Sliding doors can close off the well-equipped professional kitchen from the dining area. Large balconies on the two top floors offer marvellous south-facing panoramas. The balcony from the living area, has an 8-seater table, comfortable deck chairs and unsurpassed views over the mountains.
The piece d’resistance of Chalet Überhaus is the outdoor hot tub on the extensive ground floor terrace, right on the edge of the piste, with endless views of Lech's mountains.
Making your way downstairs, you will find the state-of-the-art spa and professionally-equipped gym area. The spa has a sauna, hammam and a massage room for pampering. Also on this level is a staff office, ski room and laundry facilities.
The entertainment area in Chalet Überhaus is equipped with a modern snooker room, bar, library, TV and a games area. From the parents, to the teens, to the tiny tots, all will be in absolute heaven. A large cinema room has a big screen, excellent sound and soft seating.
With a spacious master suite, two family suites, and a further two en-suite double bedrooms, the chalet sleeps a total of ten adults and four children. One of the family suites contains a double bedroom and a separate children's room with two sets of bunks. The second family suite has a double bedroom and a children's bunk bed in the alcove, where the top bunk bed can be folded away to make a seating area. All three of these rooms have terrace access. The master suite on the top floor boasts its own living area with a fireplace, dressing room, roll-top bath and a separate shower in the beautiful bathroom, and its own balcony.

Location of Chalet Überhaus
Perched above Lech, with breathtaking views of the resort below, Chalet Überhaus boasts an exceptional ski-in/ski-out location in Oberlech. Situated right next to the blue Grubenalpe-Oberlech-Lech piste, you can ski down to the Schlosskopf chairlift. The Bergbahn Lech-Oberlech cable car is just a six-minute walk away, and the centre of Lech, where you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars, is a short six-minute drive.
