Located at the end of a quiet lane, in the exclusive Nasserein area of St. Anton, Chalet Maria Schnee offers both privacy and easy access to the main centre, whilst the nearest lift station is only a four-minute walk away. When snow conditions allow, it is possible to ski to within a short stroll of the chalet. Set over three floors, this stunning chalet offers over 550m² of luxurious living space and can accommodate up to 15 guests in seven bedrooms.

Built in 1978, the chalet has undergone a complete refurbishment whilst still retaining many traditional features. Tyrolean woodwork, 300-year-old oak floors and antique carvings have been combined with contemporary art and modern appliances to create the perfect alpine retreat. On entering the chalet, you are greeted by a grand drawing room with a central open fireplace - the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes.

Here you can unwind in the sunken sitting area with comfortable seating and large flat screen TV or curl up with a book in the adjacent library. There is an extensive kitchen and meals can be enjoyed either at the breakfast table or round the dining table which seats 12.

The lower ground floor is home to a fantastic playroom which can be converted into a high-tech cinema room. There is also a sauna for four people as well as a ski locker located on this level. A south-west facing terrace provides spectacular views of the surrounding peaks.

Chalet Maria Schnee has seven en-suite bedrooms. The first floor is home to the spacious master suite which affords views over the valley from its sunny terrace. Also on this floor is a traditional “zirben-stube” which has been converted into a twin/double bedroom, whilst still retaining traditional features including a stove and antique carvings. A second twin/double bedroom and a bunk room are also located on this level. The remaining bedrooms include a double bedroom on the ground floor and a triple bedroom. All have private bathrooms which are finished to the highest standard.
