Set in 15 acres of greenery, Belmont Estate combines luxury, comfort and privacy. Two helicopter landing pads accommodate even the largest aircraft, making it the only air-accessible property in Whistler for winter and summer adventures. Spanning over 836sqm, the estate is extremely spacious with multiple amenities to enjoy during your stay.
Accommodating up to 15 guests, Belmont Estate is ideal for large groups. There are five bedrooms in the main house and an additional two bedrooms plus a loft in the separate guest house. The main living area offers magnificent views of Whistler Mountain from comfortable seating set around the fireplace - the perfect spot for an aperitif before dinner. On the other side of the fireplace is a dining area seating 14 guests and a professional kitchen. The living area opens out onto a vast terrace with ample seating, a firepit and views of Whistler-Blackcomb and the Black Tusk volcano.
There are two master suites in the main house. Both have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The first master bedroom benefits from a walk-in wardrobe and Jet Spa tub in the bathroom. There are two more king-size double/twin bedrooms and a triple room with a single bed above a double bed. In the guest house are one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and an attic bedroom with a queen-size double bed.
When it comes to entertainment, you will not be short of options. From the state-of-the-art media room with billiards table to the converted garage with ping pong table and the well-stocked atmospheric wine cellar, there are plenty of options to amuse you post skiing. For relaxation, you have the option to soak in the outdoor hot tub, enjoy a massage in the spa area, head to the sauna or work out in the gym. There's also a heated outdoor pool. Belmont Estate is located a 5-minute drive from Creekside. The closest ski lift providing access to the Whistler-Blackcomb ski area is an 11 minute drive away. The chalet has its own helipad so you can be whisked away for a spot of heli-skiing, a gourmet heli-picnic on the mountain or ice cave experience.
