Set over two floors, this modern semi-detached chalet has a stunning open-plan living and dining area on the upper level. Doors open out onto a balcony with views of Mont Blanc.

A central fireplace divides the living and dining area from the fully-equipped kitchen and there is a small library/snug area with a sofa where you can curl up with a good book.

Chalet Chouca offers four double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. One bedroom is located off the living room on the upper level with three more found on the ground floor. On the lower ground floor is a furnished outdoor area with a hot tub - the perfect place to relax whilst admiring the mountain views.

Chalet Chouca, together with its two neighbouring properties Chalet Kea and Rytola make up "Le Nid des Pecles", a small hamlet that can be booked as one for large gatherings, corporate events and weddings.
