You enter the apartment from a private stairway or private lift and are welcomed into an entrance lobby with a small lounge area. The bedrooms are also located on this level.
A classic Art Deco metal staircase leads up to the magnificent 100m² lounge and dining area with full-width sliding doors leading onto a 135m² roof terrace. From here you have 360° panoramic views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. Also on this level is a semi-professional modern kitchen, a chic cinema room and a "speak-easy" bar - the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif before dinner. The apartment also has a massage room for relaxing treatments after a day spent exploring Chamonix.

For skiing, the Savoy drag lift and beginners' area are a five-minute walk from the penthouse, providing a quick link to the Plan Praz gondola and the Brévent-Flégère ski area. Alternatively, you can walk directly to the gondola in about 10 minutes.
