Situated in the hamlet of Bellecôte in Courchevel 1850, Chalet Art is ideally located next to the ski runs and the village centre. It also has an incredible view of the valley, Brèche de la Portetta and the Bellecôte glacier. Spanning 2212m² over seven floors, this outstanding chalet houses up to 16 guests in eight comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Chalet Art is full of surprises - an exotic casino, glamorous dance floor, beautiful pool, superb spa – to name only a few.

The living space consists of three different areas, namely the living room, bar, and dining room. A warm and welcoming atmosphere is created by a central feature fireplace opening onto all three areas. Music lovers will be thrilled by the inclusion of a grand piano whilst art aficionados will appreciate the paintings, sculptures, original drawings, lithographs and silk-screen prints from celebrated international artists. The fully-equipped kitchen is every chef’s dream.

There is a special playroom for children with a wide selection of games, including various video game consoles. One of the highlights of this amazing chalet is the indoor swimming pool featuring an incredible waterfall and a pool bar.

A huge, comfortable home cinema room is just one of the many outstanding features of this chalet. The spa area on a lower ground level has five-star facilities, including a steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, relaxation room, fitness room and a massage room. A private indoor garage includes a car lift and a turning plate. Guests can enjoy a spacious pool room, a large bar with a special DJ corner, and four flat screen TVs which brighten up the dance floor. Exceptional in a private home, is the casino with a lounge area and a wine cellar.

Up to 16 guests can be accommodated in Chalet Art. There are eight comfortable en-suite bedrooms including two master bedrooms. One master bedroom, situated on the second floor, offers an unobstructed view towards the valley and mountains. The other has views over fir trees and the Bellecôte slope. A family room comprises of a double bedroom connected to a children’s room with bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have flat screen televisions and Wi-Fi access.
