Tucked away in the Mont d’Arbois area of Megève, Chalet Olivier enjoys a peaceful setting and sweeping alpine views. The slopes and lifts are just a few minutes' drive away, while the heart of the village is a leisurely 25-minute downhill walk or six-minute drive. Olivier’s highlights include the impressive spa area, featuring a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and massage room, alongside numerous entertainment spaces for groups to enjoy.

Newly built, Chalet Olivier features light wood and expansive windows that flood the interiors with natural light. The main living space includes a dining table for 14 and a lounge centred around a wood-burning fireplace, while a bar with stools and a private TV lounge complete the setting.

Set across four floors, Chalet Olivier accommodates up to 12 adults and 2 children in six bedrooms. The master suite features a stylish seating area with balcony access, as well as an en-suite with dressing room and separate Japanese WC. Four further en-suite bedrooms provide elegant comfort, while the final bedroom, complete with a double or twin bed and two bunks, offers a flexible set-up perfect for a cosy family suite.

At the heart of the spa is an 8 m x 4m pool with counter-current and a Jacuzzi, complemented by a sauna, hammam, and relaxation area. The massage room is located on the floor below, while a Technogym fitness suite with rowing machine, bike, treadmill and weights completes the wellness facilities.

Entertainment is spread throughout the chalet. On the ground floor is a cinema for 11 guests, a games room with billiards, as well as an indoor pétanque court with seating and table football. On the top floor, there is an additional lounge with games table and TV, providing another inviting space to relax.

Additional facilities include a ski room and laundry, along with garage parking for five cars and an electric charging station.

Layout & Space

The chalet is spread over four levels, with a lift connecting the ground floor to the main living and bedroom floors. Do note that the mezzanine games lounge is only accessible by stairs.
Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, has a skylight rather than a window. However, it makes a comfortable option for a teenager, nanny or staff member.

With the spa, cinema and games rooms on the lower floors, and the main living and dining spaces above, Chalet Olivier offers plenty of separation - perfect for groups wanting both communal areas and quiet corners.
