Located in the heart of a quiet hamlet close to the centre of Combloux, Chalet Otoctone is a seven-minute drive from Megeve and four minutes from the Princesse ski area. This striking chalet reinterprets the traditional architecture of Haute-Savoie chalets in a modern, elegant way. Featuring honey-coloured wood, high ceilings, numerous works of art and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and Mont Blanc, you will not be disappointed when staying in this unique chalet.

Set over five main levels, you enter the chalet on the ground floor. After being welcomed into a spacious entrance hall, step into the elegant living room, complete with a central fireplace and ample seating. There's also a large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with a wine cellar.

Chalet Otoctone can accommodate 12 adults and 3 children across seven en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double shower, bathtub and large walk-in wardrobe. There are a further five double bedrooms with king-size beds plus a dormitory with three single beds and a bathroom.

Chalet Otoctone has plenty of space to spread out with various nooks and crannies to relax in. On the top floor is a games room featuring a pool table and arcade games, a mezzanine lounge area where you can curl up with a good book or have some 'me' time, and an office if you need to catch up on work.

Further entertainment can be found in the home cinema on the basement level. This level also houses a gym that is equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, weights and yoga mats. Tailor-made for relaxing, Chalet Otoctone also has a superb spa with a nine-metre-long heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and massage room. All your relaxation needs are catered for here.

Other facilities include a ski room with boot warmers, a laundry room and garage parking for up to six vehicles.
