Just a five-minute drive from the heart of Morzine and close to the Pleney slopes, Chalet Genepi is perfectly suited to both skiers and non-skiers. Set across four floors, the chalet combines bright, contemporary interiors with panoramic views and accommodates up to 12 guests in comfort.
A dramatic staircase, lit by modern chandeliers, leads to the top floor where a spacious open-plan living and dining area is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, a log fireplace creates a welcoming focal point, while the dining table seats 12 guests and a sleek kitchen with breakfast bar provides additional seating. Doors open onto a large furnished terrace with beautiful views across the Pleney pistes.
Chalet Genepi accommodates 10 adults and two children across six stylish bedrooms. On the top floor, a double bedroom adjoins a bunk room to form a family suite with a shared shower room. Three further en-suite bedrooms on the second level enjoy views of the forest and Pointe de Nantaux. The sixth bedroom, set off the entrance-level living room, also has its own en-suite shower room. Each room can be configured as either a twin or a king-size double, ensuring flexibility for families or groups of friends.
The entrance level offers an inviting space for entertainment and relaxation, with a separate living room featuring a bar, pool table and TV. From here, you can step out onto the terrace with its outdoor hot tub.
A double garage and a ski room with heated racks and ample storage are located on the basement level.
