Tucked away off the main road in Morzine’s old town, Chalet Vesper is a renovated barn with far more space inside than first impressions suggest. The chalet is set over two levels, with bedrooms on the ground floor and the main living area above.
Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room sits at the heart of the chalet. Full-height apex windows bring in views of the surrounding peaks, while the fireplace sits between floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, giving the room a warm, inviting feel.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, making it a sociable space for cooking, drinks or relaxed evenings after skiing.
From the living area, doors open onto balconies and provide access down to the garden. This outside space includes a covered hot tub, fire pit, barbecue, dining table and seating.
Chalet Vesper sleeps up to eight adults and one child across four bedrooms on the ground floor. Three bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins, while one has a built-in full-size single cabin bed in addition to a double bed. Most bedrooms are en-suite, with one bedroom using a separate shower room nearby.
Further facilities include a large ski room with heated boot and glove dryers, laundry amenities and a private garden.
