For non-skiers, the town centre is just moments away, with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to discover.

Up to 12 guests are comfortably accommodated across four well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, features balcony access and an en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on this floor each have their own en-suite shower room.

Downstairs, the family bedroom sleeps four, with a double/twin bed and a bunk bed. Additionally, the cinema room sleeps two on a sofa bed.

The main living area is located on the top floor, offering a spacious open-plan design with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The kitchen has a large central island, while the dining area boasts a generous table that comfortably seats 12. Step out onto one of two balconies – one south-facing, the other offering spectacular views over the village and stretching towards Avoriaz.

Penthouse Joy is just a 15-minute walk or a two-minute drive from the centre of Morzine. With the blue run, Retour des Nants, running behind the property, you can ski off the trail and across a gentle field to the side of the apartment building (depending on snowfall and ability).
