Conveniently located just a few hundred metres from the centre of Morzine, ZEMS Lodge is a spectacular new chalet nestled into the hillside. The nearest ski lift is less than 500 metres away, making it an ideal property for both skiers and non-skiers. Set over five floors, the lodge has been thoughtfully designed by local designers Shep & Kyles, with vibrant furnishings and Bocci lighting.
Guests enter the property on the ground floor, where there is a ski room with heated boot warmers. An elevator whisks you up to the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the third floor. With a wood-burning fireplace, epic views and comfortable sofas, this is the perfect space to relax together after a day on the mountain. Doors open onto a large south-facing balcony, complete with Shep & Kyle's signature swings.
One of the highlights of this delightful lodge is the bar area on the top floor of the chalet.
Here you can take each other on playing pool or make music with a selection of musical instruments; which include a Fender Telecaster, acoustic guitar and a range of percussion instruments. There is also a TV snug and children's area, with beanbags, on this level. Further entertainment can be found in the cinema room, complete with large projector screen, surround sound, Apple TV and Chromecast. Relaxation is also taken care of with a fully tiled swim spa jacuzzi on the huge south-facing terrace, a glass-fronted sauna with views over Morzine and a dedicated massage room.
ZEMS Lodge is able to accommodate eight adults and six children across six bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a stunning freestanding nickel bathtub and an en-suite shower room. There are a further three en-suite twin/double bedrooms on the first floor, plus two triple bunk rooms which share a shower room.

ZEMS Lodge is located in a quiet spot with sweeping views across the valley yet it is just a 5-minute stroll to the Super Morzine lift and the centre of town. The Pleney and Prodains lifts can be reached in 10 and 15 minutes by car respectively.
