Situated in Tignes Le Lac next to the Almes piste, Chalet Opale is perfectly located for accessing the slopes. In good snow conditions it is possible to ski straight back to the chalet. Alternatively, the piste is just under a minute's walk from the chalet. Finished in the summer of 2014, Chalet Opale combines authentic alpine decor with contemporary furnishings to create a stylish mountain retreat. Set over three floors, the property offers fantastic mountain views and spacious open plan living.
Located on the second floor of the chalet is a spacious open plan living and dining area. An 'L' shaped sofa and fireplace create a cosy atmosphere and huge panoramic windows provide views of Le Grand Sassière mountain range. At the centre of the room is a striking Lorenzo Quinn sculpture which adds to the sophisticated ambiance.
A well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the elegant dining area.
Chalet Opale is home to an impressive balcony featuring a hot tub - a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink or two whilst taking in the uninterrupted views of the surrounding peaks. The property also has a ping pong table, private ski locker and laundry facilities.
Chalet Opale is able to accommodate up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms. Located on the top floor is the master bedroom complete with en-suite shower room, and French windows opening onto a private south-facing balcony. A further four bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and access to the terrace, are located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms can be configured as twins or doubles.

Location of Chalet Opale
The chalet is nestled in a quiet enclave in Tignes Le Lac next to the Almes piste. Snow permitting, you can ski back to the chalet; alternatively the piste is under a minutes' walk from the chalet.
