Located 50m from the bus stop, 400m from the lifts and just past the Petit Alaska area of Val d'Isere, Penthouse Rocca has some of the finest views in the village. Completed in 2019, this characterful penthouse features reclaimed beams and cathedral windows on three aspects with views up to the ski lifts in Le Fornet and down to the gorge in La Daille.

The penthouse is accessed by a lift with a private key which opens directly into the property. Here you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining with a fireplace and TV.

Penthouse Rocca can accommodate 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms situated on three levels. There are three twin/double bedrooms off the main living area, a smaller bedroom on the lower level and a fifth bedroom on a mezzanine level above the living area. A TV snug is also located on this level - ideal for relaxing away from the main living space.

Taking the elevator to the basement level brings you to a private spa area, complete with an 8m x 3m pool and Turkish hammam - the perfect place to relax after exploring the ski area.
