Cesa del Louf Maso

Set within 20,000m² of pasture and 4,000m² of woodland, Cesa del Louf enjoys an isolated setting 700 metres from Arabba in the Dolomiti Superski area. Depending on snow conditions, expert skiers can access the slopes via an off-piste trail, followed by a 200m walk to the lifts in resort or take a five-minute snowcat ride (used exclusively for guests of the chalet). Snowshoes and sledges are also available for use; a private ski lift located in the property's grounds is ideal for avoiding the climb up the slopes with your toboggan, when snow conditions permit.

Cesa del Louf has been restored with much attention to detail and a focus on sustainability with four energy-efficient wood-burning stoves and internal air re-circulation systems with filtration. The buildings are classified in energy class A1 so the underfloor heating costs and fuel consumption are low. The chalet renovation used local and antique materials, combining a traditional Alpine style with modern comforts.

The entrance to the chalet on the first floor leads into a light and spacious open plan living area with a wood-burning fireplace, elegant dining area and modern kitchen.
