New in 2023, Chalet Alpurio is a 600m² private chalet in Selva di Val Gardena, set at 1,500 metres with views across the Dolomites. The chalet is a two-minute shuttle ride from the Col Raiser cable car, linking into the wider Sellaronda ski area, while the Ciampioni lifts and the centre of Selva are only a few minutes away by car.
The main living area occupies the top floor, making the most of the mountain views through large windows and from the terrace. Inside, the space is calm and contemporary, with a fireplace, home cinema corner and comfortable seating arranged for relaxed evenings after skiing. The professional kitchen sits close by.
The terrace offers space to sit outside and take in the surrounding peaks. Lower down, three of the bedrooms open directly to the garden, giving the property an indoor-outdoor feel.
Chalet Alpurio sleeps eight guests across four king-size bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three bedrooms are on the garden level, while the fourth sits on the lower level.
Away from the bedrooms, the chalet has plenty to enjoy after skiing. The private bar is stocked with wines, whisky, gin and other spirits, while the entertainment area includes a billiards table, roulette and PlayStation VR. There is also a fitness room with Technogym equipment and a dedicated yoga area.
The outdoor whirlpool pool provides a good place to unwind after time on the slopes, with views of the surrounding landscape. A ski and bike room, garage and EV charging station add practical convenience for winter and summer stays.
