Chefs at New Heights is a unique experience. Bringing together the excitement of high-altitude skiing with Michelin-starred cuisine across Switzerland, Italy and France, it elevates the traditional chalet holiday to something truly exceptional.

The Role of Food in a Luxury Ski Holiday

A ski holiday is about so much more than time on the slopes. The best memories are often created around the table, whether that is sharing breakfast before a day on the mountain, enjoying après-ski with friends, or sitting down to a beautifully prepared dinner in your chalet. Food has always been at the heart of the chalet experience, with private chefs and bespoke menus elevating a ski trip from enjoyable to unforgettable.

At Leo Trippi, we believe that cuisine is a vital part of luxury ski travel. A catered ski chalet offers not only comfort and convenience but also the opportunity to enjoy world-class gastronomy in the privacy of your own alpine retreat.

Introducing Chefs at New Heights

For those seeking the ultimate in chalet dining, Chefs at New Heights takes the concept of a catered chalet to another level. Created in partnership with KSH Management and Kando Events, this unique concept combines world-class skiing with Michelin-starred cuisine in the spectacular surroundings of Switzerland, Italy and France.

KSH Management: Leaders in Culinary Excellence

Founded in 2010 by Kirsty Stanley Hughes, KSH Management represents some of Britain’s most celebrated chefs, including Atul Kochhar, Simon Rogan, Phil Howard, Ollie Dabbous, Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Eric Chavot and Luke Selby. Each brings distinctive flair and Michelin expertise, ensuring every dining experience is one to remember.

What to Expect

1. Michelin Starred Menus in Your Chalet

Your luxury ski chalet becomes the setting for unforgettable dining. Begin the day with breakfast prepared by Chris Denney or indulge in a multi-course tasting menu from Simon Rogan, or enjoy a menu crafted entirely around your own tastes.

2. Extraordinary Alpine Dining

Imagine being flown by helicopter to a mountain summit for sunrise breakfast prepared by Ollie Dabbous. Or skiing to a secluded spot where an ice-carved table awaits for dinner beneath the stars, followed by a torchlit descent to your chalet.

3. Chef-led Lessons and Shared Experiences

Many of the chefs are passionate skiers themselves. Phil Howard, who owns a chalet in La Plagne, might join you on the slopes before creating a bespoke evening feast. For food enthusiasts, private cooking lessons are also available, offering the chance to learn Michelin techniques in an intimate alpine setting.

4. Bespoke Planning

Every element of the experience is tailored to your wishes, from the chefs involved to the dining settings created.

From the first coffee at breakfast to the last glass of wine by the fire, food shapes the rhythm of each day in the mountains. Exceptional chalet catering provides far more than convenience — it creates a sense of occasion, brings guests together and enhances the atmosphere of your ski holiday. With Chefs at New Heights, these moments are transformed into extraordinary experiences that combine luxury chalet living with world-class gastronomy.
