Located in the heart of Vail, Avanti Chalet is just a short stroll from Gondola One and within walking distance of the resort's restaurants and boutiques. Built in the 1960s for Vail's first mayor, the estate combines traditional Alpine features with contemporary fixtures and fittings to create a charming mountain home. Set over three floors, plus a loft area, the chalet offers plenty of space and is able to accommodate up to 14 guests.

The entrance of the chalet leads into an impressive living room with high-ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the slopes. Comfortable seating is positioned around a striking moss rock wood-burning fireplace. Overlooking the outdoor living area is a formal dining room seating 12, whilst adjacent is a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table.

Avanti Chalet has plenty to entertain both adults and children, from the hot tub on the lower deck to the media room featuring Apple TV. Those who have further energy to burn can work out in the designated fitness room which features an elliptical trainer, exercise bike, sauna and shower. Other facilities include a ski room with boot warmers and a garage.

Avanti Chalet has seven bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with a California king bed, wood-burning fireplace, lofted office space and large en-suite bathroom. There are a further two en-suite doubles with king-size beds and two with queen-size beds, a twin bedroom and a bunk room for two.
